    Hi,

    This post is probably addressed to all mortgage brokers. I have purchased a 600sqm 2 bedrooms property in Ringwood last year (purchase price is 280K) . The property is held in a discretionary family trust. I am looking for a loan of 150K (looking for monthly mortgage payments of around $900).

    Can anybody help? I am currently based in HK.

    Hi John

    I assume that you mean you either purchased the property for cash or are looking to refinance.

    Either way seems to be fairly straightforward and repayments will be a lot less than $900 / month.
