Well after a long search i have just settled my first investment property which is next door to my PPOR, The property has a tenant but there is no bond and no lease agreement as such, I want to rent out the property privatly as and was just looking for advice on contracts etc.
Both properties are 1012 sqr and subdividable so i am looking forward to going through that process as well over the next couple of years, Both properties are in Ipswich QLD so any advice would be very welcome.
