    Hi Guys,

I have just finished reading real estate riches and have a question that I’m hoping someone around here can help answer?

He talks about refinancing houses after significant value increases resulting in in money payouts from the mortgage as it more then covers his initial purchase price mortgage. The thing I don’t understand is how the property can still be cashflow positive when it has a huge mortgage taken out over it? Does he crankk the rent up astronomically or is there something that I am missing?

    Cheers.
    Dave.
