Would someone give me a direction to areas of property investment knowledge that I need to go through to achive a successful investment into a new house for resale. I'd like to sale the house in the first year. What implications, taxes, other costs I need to be aware of in preparing of a project baseline. I will outsource the building to a single contractor or a builder. I may consider building two adjacent houses or a duplex, are there any differnces in goverment charges in this case.
Is it realy profitable way to generate a cashflow by building and reselling of the brand new houses. What is the best practical strategy to make it happen?
I'd appreciate a real life example.
