I thought I'd share (and hopefully get some in return) helpful RE related links that I've found whilst doing my research.
http://www.yourmortgage.com.au – I found this site useful as it had an advanced repayment calculator, which shows how much total interest falls by if you pay extra. Also lists cheapest lenders.
http://www.investsmart.com.au – It has a suburb profile which lists last sales and demographics by profile.
Anyone care to share?
Im hoping this sort of thread will become 'stickied' so that potential investors are all armed with the best info.

SQM research has a free vacancy and suburb demographics search and reports;

I haven't tried their full reports, but the sample one seems to have a massive amount of detailed information. If they aren't too expensive, I think I will give them a go.
