Is Moorooka a worthwhile suburb to buy in… prices seem to be dropping a bit in the area but it is just the next suburb over from Yeronga and that area is going to go off with the new tennis centre. Will Moorooka too?

I think the new "Green Bridge" to the uni is helping Yeronga too. Moorooka is pretty close, but maybe it's on "the wrong side of the tracks" with the Beenleigh rail line being such a big dividing line. Annerley may be a bit closer to the action, but it's already pretty expensive. I think Moorooka would be a good bet in the long term.
