    I was just wondering when the last property boom was in Melbourne?

    Approx time
    2001 – 2005  growth in some area was 25% to 30% p/a
    2005 – 2008 Slower rates of growth 6 – 7% p/a
    2008 – 2009 Negative growth in some areas

    That was an interesting timeframe analysis.

    Can anyone do the same for Adelaide?
