    Hi everyone,
      I'm brand new to all of this and just wanted some advice. I have found an office in the Melbourne cbd for sale at $70,000, it has previously been rented for $9000p.a and at the moment is rented at $6000p.a.
    I am yet to buy any property and looking to get into the market. What should i be doing next? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
