    Hi All,

This may be a dumb question.

I have removed an old wallheater, Rinnai 550f.

I know that most recyclers will even come to pickup this for free.

I was told by someone who I can't recall that it may be possible to sell this to the recyclers.

Can anyone let me know if this is the case, which recyclers in Melbourne would do this and how much they think it would be worth.

    Very much appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Miike

Being a wall heater (instantaneous) there's probably not even enough in it for the recycler to cover the courier fees. Had it have been an older storage unit with a copper tank it would be worth a few dollars to you but you'd have to do all of the work to get the copper out of the unit.
