    Hi All,

    I wonder if anyone can tell me what a lending instituion values a fully maintained company vehicle? in terms of salary?

    Hi Anthony

    Many of them do but normally this just nulifies the motor vehicle expense they use as part of the living allowance.

    Anthony or if you prefer to keep in the open forum post some rough numbers and we can provide you with a borrowing capacity after assessing all lenders not just one.
