My partner & I saw a relatively new unit which comes with ducted air-conditioning and 2 car park spot using a car stacker system.
Firstly, we're not sure if the ducted air-cond (all units in the block have them) and car stacker system is covered by the strata.
Secondly, we are not sure if those same things would actually help increase the value of the property or will only cause the strata fees to go up drastically in the next few years. Since the unit is quite new, we can't quite tell how the strata fees will grow year-to-year.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
