Hi
Does anyone here own, or is considering owning property in Semaphore or Semaphore South in SA?.
I am currently cashed up due to the sale of another property and am looking for an area with high growth potential.
This area in SA appears to tick most of the boxes.
Close to the beach (and really nice beaches), close to rail, Adealaide CBD and the new Port Adelaide Marina. vacancy rates are low and you can still purchase a house for under $350,000.
Yields are not so great but i am prepared to sacrifice this for growth.
Does anyone else think that this is a great place to invest ??
