    Hi

    I have bought a development site with subdivision approval for 3 blocks. As part of the conditions i need to do the following:

    1. Create an easement for storm water drainage (approx 90 mt deep, 1 mt wide)
    2. Concrete (or Asphalt) driveway. approx 80mt deep, 4.5 mt wide

    Can anyone advice of the costs for above work,
    btw the site is in western sydney.

    please if there's anyone who can provide cost estimates, or people with experience with this …..

    Item – this is a registration of the easement, you don't need to build it but it goes on the title when you subdivide.

    There is an exsisting dwelling on the block…the consent requires 'construction of drainage works' (including interallotment), …one option is to sell 'land only' or build duplex and sell house and land.
