Apartment Development – Builders! VIC

Hi All,

I am currently investigating the opportunity of turning my PP into an apartment block. My father owns the property next door so we are going to join forces and we have been frtunate enough that the council re-zoned the area to be a multi-level dwelling zone. They have allowed for plans to be submitted for permits to build between 3 to 4 levels depending on design and so forth.

I have two questions;

1. Does anyone have any recommendations for Apartment Building Developers (from start to finish)
2. How to minimise neighbouring objections. (Unfortunately there is an action group in the area trying to prevent multi story dwellings!)

I am in Victoria by the way.
