    Hey all,

    My tenants will be moving out in Dec so as soon as that happens I want to renovate.

    I've got everything under control, the only thing that's worrying me is the bathroom.

    I can rip it all apart. But who do I contact to set up a new bathroom?

    I basically need someone to come in, give me a few options on arrangements, quotes etc. and then to get it all done in one bang.

    Low budget, Perth area if it helps.

    Are there alternatives to coordinating this?

    If it was vacant and I didn't work full-time I could do it myself but I have about 3-4 wk window to get it all done.

    All ideas welcome and if more info needed post or PM.

    Cheers,
    R.D.A.

    3-4 weeks its plenty time to do it yourself.
    I'd start with measuring the bathroom and dropping in Bunnings to see the stuff they sell there. If you have prepared everything ready to go in you can redo a bathroom in 2 days no worries, and thats with new tiles. If you had the time Ross's Auction in Maylands has some nice bathroom stuff going cheap from time to time.  http://www.rossauction.com.au/

    cheers

    Ask you friends for referal;

    Real Estate who is currently managing your proeproty will be able to give you few contacts and advice on what to do.

    Call few tile shops in your area for advise and contacts.
    (…by the way – ask them about any discontinued products you can get cheap…)

    And then tiler will ussualy recoment you plumber, etc. and it works out cheaper then when you get builder's quote.

    Id gut it, and then keep it simple and modern. It can be done for under 5k.
