    Hi all

    We are currently going through the process of organising our rental property in Warnbro to be re-painted. We have received a quote of $2800 for repainting all the interior walls and 1 ceiling in the bedroom with 2 coats.
    Is this considered expensive seeing the dearth of tradespeople in WA?
    Can anyone suggest anybody else in the area?

    give my mate Martin a call… he's just moved back to Perth this month from here & painted my house recently…
    very good painter!!
    Call him at    'Crisp Finish' _  0438 56 99 16.. he's based in Joondalup… (I'm not sure where Warnbro is though??)

    Unfortunately Warnbro is close to Rockingham, so quite far from Joondalup.
