    Hi

    I bought a property in Melbourne for which i need to renovate with flooring and painting.

    The house is 25squares (5bed rooms, 3 leaving areas and closed garage for car). The house is open plan with cathdral ceiling.

    Can some one please advise me the economic option for flooring…
    Is it Carpet, Tiles or Timber flooring.

    It should economic and looks good.
