Hi, this is the first time I have used this forum. I have 2 IP's. 1 of these is poitive and the other is negative (regretfully). Im trying to extend my portfolio and am looking for positive IP but am really struggling to find anything. I found a couple that were very close to being positive but the vacancy rate in the area is so high I think it may be too much of a risk. I have been searching and searching all over Aus but with no luck.
Im relatively new in this game and feel like there just isnt anything out there. Is there anybody else out there with this problem. I dont want to spend too much over $200,000 so it makes my searches limited. I earn a great wage and have loads of equity.
I really just dont want to make the mistake of buying neg prop again.

I have just been reading Answers to where to find CF+ deals and it has answered all my questions in one so I dont have so much of a headache anymore. I feel like a bit of a daft now……….
Back to my researching.
