Hi Everyone,
I am interested in advertising for some private investors in order to start a couple of development projects. although aware of the limitations imposed by ASIC to a small degree I was wondering if there is anybody from a legal background or perhaps a developer like myself who could shine some light on this issue and possibly advise on a suitable way forward.
