I have tried a couple of the Pest and Building Inspectors mentioned on here. I am still waiting to hear back from both of them. Wouldnt have thought that they would be that busy in this climate but …
Has anyone actually had any reallife experience with one? Looking for one to cover Northern Brisbane Suburbs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Need to organise today.

Hi John,
I went through this process two weeks ago and found and organised Paul Parker from BEST Building and Pest to inspect a property I was under contract on. I needed Paul to do this urgently and asked if he could do the inspection on a Sunday and he had no problem with that. Paul was great – he did a very detailed inspection and the tenant's children drove him mad, but he just got on with the job. His number is 0439 386 488 and he's in Banyo (and helped me out at my property in Deception Bay where I also attended the inspection).
