ok, i'm totally new in this area, i'd like to get some advise on plumbing,

I've post in a couple of tradies websites to get some quotes on plumbing works to replace the old cracked terrocotta pipes with pvc pipes. i've got 3 quotes, $1100, $3005, $5995 !!

Either case, i cant afford it. i've spent $200 to get the pipes unblocked, question is, because it cost so much and so "different" in price, i'm thinking i should just continue to spend $200 each time to unblock it, agree?

i do appreciate the profession in general, but whyyyyy??? whyyyyyyy does it have to be so hard to find a plumber that will do the job and someone that i can afford??? ok, at this point, i just want to vent out my frustrations. :(
