    Hello everyone,

    I bought the Reno Toolkit a while back.  I live in SE Qld and cannot find any deals which fit Deans formulas.  Has anyone used the formulas/kit and successfully renovated for a profit?  I cannot work out how he can make such a profit using the numbers he gives (what about CGT?).  Can someone explain or suggest.
