Hi,
I'm looking to sell my duplex as we are constructing a new home. Can I get some feedback as to which FSBO website is the most effective? I sold next door privately a couple of years ago (I was an agent once in the 90's) so I'd like to save myself a few bucks on this property too since the market is fairly flat .

Ive used Property Sale's direct FOr sale by owner site and like it. Their design layout is simple and they have for sale signs which are reasonably priced
This may be a bit late, but you should check out Remoov. We’ve had great results, and we’re registered real estate agents,so your property will be listed on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au, which is a service FSBO websites are unable to provide.
