    Hi all,

    Ive been looking arond the Hawthorn area for 2 bedroom apartments. Looking for something around the 270-300K mark with renovation potention as many of them seem to be pretty run down around that price range.

    Just wondering what your thoughts are on the area for 2 bedroom apartments? Good investment or is there something else you would go for around that range?

    Hi

    I think that a good quality 2 bedroom unit in hawthorn for under 300k would be a great Investment.

    The main problem would be finding something that ticks all the boxes but is still in your price range.
