Hi Everyone. I am a Real Estate agent in the Redlands in Brisbane's south-east. I quite often (more and more lately) market properties where the owners are in trouble financially and the banks close in on them looking to repossess their property. I see it as my responsibility to sell the home swiftly to keep them out of trouble. Obviously this creates bargains in the marketplace.
