    Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone can tell me roughly how much depreciation I would get on a 2 bedroom apartment built in the mid-late 70's. Building depreciation wouldnt apply due to the age. No renovations have been done to it and it is in pretty average condition. Thoughts?

    Thanks in advance.

Let us know how you went with it, my situation is very similar to yours, and I'm getting a QS soon too. How much did you claim? Although my unit cost $150,000; so maybe different from yours.

    Hi

The magic date you are looking for is 18 July 1985.

    Cheers
