    Hi Guys

    I'm looking for some advice/opinions on investing ideas. Apologies if this q has been asked before.
    I curently have an IP that is close to being +ve geared. With the 'boom' in Perth I now have approx $300k in equity and want to use this to buy another IP, most likely in the eastern states. The question is should I use all my equity on 1 IP or look at buying 2 IP's?
