    Hello ,
Just wondering if there is anyone who has invested in or researched Innisfail and what they think of it's short-term outlook? (2 yrs)
I've done some research myself but i am interested in hearing the opinions of others.
    Thanks Ty

Innisfail is wet and then it rains a bit more , i have looked there over a couple of years and you must get to know areas that usually flood in times of excessive rain and you can do this by checking council maps on their site also ring them when doing this and discuss where and how often i think by memory that around the hospital is on slightly higher ground, and mould is a problem also check tenancy factors as could be seasonal for picking and the rain factor hope that helps !!
