I'm looking to buy my first home. It will be my PPOR but in 18 months time I will want to convert this to an investment property. Therefore I am looking for recomendations for a Financial Advisor on the northside of Brisbane who has some experience with property investment. I want to make sure I get this right or atleast as right as possible.
Thanks for the help.Stuart WemyssMember@stuart-wemyssJoin Date: 2003Post Count: 598Richard TaylorParticipant@qlds007Join Date: 2003Post Count: 12,024
Must admit i have 1 or two properties and am a FP.
However in saying that i agree with Stuart you probably need someone to pop their MB hat on.

Sorry Richard. I should have said that 98% of FP's won't talk about property. I know that there are a small number of quality planners (fee for service) which will consider all asset classes.Richard TaylorParticipant@qlds007Join Date: 2003Post Count: 12,024MaxxiMember@maxxiJoin Date: 2007Post Count: 49
I am a qualified Mortgage Broker …. I don't charge Brokerage and focus on service, support and coaching. I have an office in Springwood and another on Petrie on the Northside. Feel free to contact me to have a discussion and see if you agree with how I work. I'd be happy to assist you in your goals.
