    Hi guys,

I own a warehouse and the tenants were recently broken into. This left the roller door badly damaged where the thieves had entered the building.

Am I responsible for repairing/replacing the roller door?
Is there an Landlords/legal advisory service in NSW?

I have asked a similar question before but this is a little different. I would appreciate any help.

    Thanks,
    Tony

Unless the tenant can claim the door repair on their insurance, the landlord usually cops it because a landlord has to supply lockable premises.
    cheers
