    Dear members,

I have been looking for properties and best ways to invest and have cosnidered a purchase of an old property with a larger block in PERTH Northern Suburbs areas. I currently own a property in Mirrabooka and the Block is 701 sqm ( a house is approx 130 sqm).

Does anyone know if Mirrabook area is open for subbdivision? How does the rezoning work and is it predicted for Mirraboooka?

    Thank you

    Hi Stojicm,

I deal alot with subdivision and zoning in the Perth metro area as i work in a property investment company called Momentum Wealth. I'm the assistant to Emma Everett which is our Buyers Agent/Project Development Specialists. She would be your best point of contact to discuss your options in regards to purchasing in Mirrabooka. Emma is contactable on 9221 6399 or you can ask for myself, Pat.
    All the best!

Hi Stojim, you could ring and chat to the shire.  I have read recently that subdivisions with certain zonings on blocks of 1000sm and under will be made much more difficult early next year so you be careful of that. Another thing that I use regularly is google earth – you can zone in on the block and the surrounding blocks.  Perth subdivision areas include forrestfield, balga, high wycombe, armadale, byford, spearwood, cannington.  Good luck, Michelle
