We ar negotiating on some (several) H&L in the Blacktown area in Sydney for under 200k … do you think these will make good knock downs and rebuilds …
Not the best area but the prices are cheaper than Campbelltown ??

Not too bad considering Blacktown is a hell of a lot closer to the city than Campbelltown. It is on a train line as well as busway.

No Shady, it is a current post by an old and crusty member.
I think that's a pretty sweet deal, as houses in the area usually retail for $330-340k on average. Plus, I believe Seven Hills may grow off the back of strong corporate demand from the Norwest Business Park.
Where are you finding properties in this price range as I can't see any advertised with land under 200k let alone 165k.
