Hi there all, I have recently set a Co trust structure for business and have been given a cheque to deposit into the trust account. Any ideas from the financial gurus out there how this account should be structured?? Should it stand alone and have separate cheque or credit card facilities attached or should it be linked to my investment LOC??

    Appreciate your thoughts

A trust is a separate entity with its own Tax File Number. You will need to have a bank account opened up for the trust. The account will be in the name of the company as trustee for the trust. ie XYZ Pty Ltd AFT ABC Trust.
