As for the facts you require. You will have access to all of these on our website. For me to rattle off Stats. on all four of our current marketing sites would take me the time I just dont have.
What I can tell you:
Aviate group have produced an average annualised return for its investors of 21.18% since commencement in 2001, compared with the industry benchmark of 14.8%
Our company see's an average of 30 development applications a month, and only 1-5 of those pass our rigorous 32 point selection criteria. What individual investor has the time or the resources to devote to researching property investments as in depth as these ?
We look at the macro factors on why an area is likely to grow – infrastructure, lifestyle, demographics, then indentify within these markets the specific properties that are most in demand for that area.
