Corporate Rentals where to advertise/get clientele?

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone got any tips on how to approach corporate businesses to advertise upmarket rentals please?  My friend has an executive townhouse that tenants are going to move out of soon and would like to target big business as rental clients.  Have advertised in WA Paper but looking for any other suggestions.  Even if you ar not from Perth and can suggest an avenue it would be greatly appreciated.
