    Hello..

I've bought my first property investment through an agent, now I want to sell investment property…
question is… should I use the same Real Estate Agency????..
    has anyone done this???

It makes no difference – shop around to find the agent that you believe will do the best job on your behalf (to achieve the maximum price/shortest sales period or whatever your criteria)

    Gday!
I'd start off asking you do you need to sell? Definitely think it through before you make any decisions.
In relation to your question mate. When you choose an agent to market your home / investment property, he/she must be able to defend your price and negotiate to win.  I'll give you an example of a bad agent. "Oh there's a crack in the wall!"  "yeah just put in an offer and we'll see if we can get it cheaper" This does happen so ask an agent or roleplay with them and see how they will defend your reserve price.  Happy to help with anything else. Cheers
