    Hi,

    I’ve recently purchased my first IP in narre warren and am trying to rent it out ASAP. Apart from placing ads in the local paper where else would be good to advertise ? http://www.realestate.com does not allow private listings (except shared accomodations which is not what I’m after)

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Local agents can get you a tenant even if you want to manage it yourself. They usually charge 1 or 2 weeks rent for the service.
