I've had a problem with a door company at my PPOR. Long story short, shoddy workmanship, faulty hardware, unbelievably crappy service – staff really don't care, time off work waiting for tradies and issues still not resolved.
Rather than the no fuss that's claimed in the advertising, we have had plenty! None of the problems have been fixed. I'm going to try for a refund but it's not looking good. In the meantime my house is vulnerable to break in and I can't get into my back door from the outside. This has been a six month saga.
Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

DJI gather by your line, "no fuss that's claimed in the advertising" the company who's doors PLUS your problems = not happy!!
Have you gone to the Dept of Fair Trading? They'd be my second call after calling the company in regards to the complaint.
