i have been told to roam these forums as they are good to gather info and get the ideas of other individuals, im 20years old, and i have just bought my 2nd unit. I bought my 1st unit exactly one year ago for 180,000 i had it valued 2weeks ago and it came back at 230 000, i have now purchased my second unit and wondering where to next? any ideas anyoine? ive maxed out on borrowing capacty so im going to have to wait 6months or so before i apply for another loan, im in property i love it! im actualy in real estate and run our own family business alongside my old man. Wanting ideas from people who have been there and done that im very keen and i think the only 20 year old with the amount of ambition that i have.
