    Hi All,

    I wondering if someone can give me a template or copy of a writen agreement which can be used for dual ownership of an Investment Property. My girlfriend and I are going into buying a house together which is in my name. We want to write up a document which can specifiy both of our inputs.

    If anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction. I would rather not use a lawer if this can be achieved easily and then we have a third party to sign it as well.

    Pay the money and get a lawyer- it will save you heaps in the long run.
    PS An agreement won't stop her going for a share of it if you bust up- at least that is the case here in QLD.

    Okay thanks, I will approach a lawer for this. Thats what I needed to know, if it was too difficult or not.
