Hi guys Its been awhile. Here is my problem, I have recently puchased a block of land in an industrial estate and am planning on having built a 455 sqr m two storey tilt slab factory. I have found a builder and he has given me a price that includes labour and materials of $1200 a sqr, but this is the problem he said he still has to workout the "other" costs involved but didnt go into this topic. I just wanted to know if anyone was aware about what he is talking about. Or can give me a list of this to expect him to charge me for ……I was thinking Lanscaping, Connection to services and fire connection and council fees????????????? anyone got any ideas
