I don’t think charging people a small fee is a huge crime. Yes you can get it for free, you can get almost anything on the internet for free.

But if someone takes the time to the organise it and present it in a way that is easy for the everyday person to access and they decide to charge for that…then so what.

A friend of mine took free information from the internet, organised it into an ebook, and charges $6-$7 for it. He makes a few sales per week. Even though people can access it free online, doesn’t mean they can easily find it.

I would pay $10 if it saved me an hour of searching on the internet

It looks like a lease which is a legal document – a contract.

THANKS A LOT TERRY FOR SUCH A QUICK REPLY!
I bought from Real Estate Institute of NT, https://buy.nt.reiformslive.com.au/, but says photocopy is not legal when I tried to use that form for another property.

Isn’t rental contract made between two parties and signed in any paper are legal? If I make an agreement in any paper that will be legal?

    Thanks in advance.

Perhaps it is a breach of copyright or licence – you are paying for one off use.
