    1) Can anyone quote me where (page or clause number??) in the regulations it states new homes must have storage space accessible from outside?

    2) I believe it must be 6m3?  If so, does it have to be all in "one-hit"? Like, can you have it in 2 seperate areas?

    3) Is this able to be a part of a standard sized single garage? Or must it be seperate to?

    4) Can it be "under the house" (raised house)? If so, does it need to be closed off, or have anything else done to it to be able to call it "storage space" in the eyes of council?

    Thanks in advance.

AFAIK it isn't in the BCA – may be that someone is having you on.
