The USA are forced to drop their rates while Australia is talking about putting theirs up ??
In the SMH on Wednesday I read that 193,000 Aussies used margin loans to invest into the stock market, are lots of people doing this and why ?
In the same paper it said that foreclosures are rising at an alarming rate also …
What do you see in your experiences and where do you think we will be in 12 mths time ??
