    My first post :)

    Hey all.

I'm full of ideas of where to go with my first property which will be paid off in August this year " currently being leased". I'm already looking at my 2nd property with a little savings on the side to build a deposit.

I love the show property ladder and when they show the design of a house in program format and show what they plan to do. I was wondering if i can buy a program similiar to that from a PC shop for around $100?

So maybe i can edit my current layout on my first property.

    Anyone know of any?

    Thank you all.

Google SketchUp is free, and is so good that I understand some professional surveyors and building designers are beginning to use it for at least some tasks. You can import items from the virtual warehouse – eg palm trees, or piece of furniture, sinks, toilets, kitchen cabinets, etc. http://www.sketchup.com/index.php?title=2
