    Hi

I bought 2 units through Mcorp approx 2 years ago and they manage them too.

It has been a smooth process.

I have just refinanced and have been able to pull out almost all the equity we put in.

    Hope this helps

Mcorp has a free DVD that you can request below on the common sense approach to property investing- great for anyone who is starting out!

Do your own research on prices of comparable existing properties on the open market before signing anything with any company like this.

This is an example of what mCorp did for me late last year

I've already ripped equity out of this one – pretty much all my deposit and the mcorp fee back.

Their 3-4 day seminar is awesome you can get an introduction of what they talk about and their 'investment approach' by ordering a free dvd and watching it. If its for you, then you can contact them, else you can go do whatever you want. dvd can be found on this link: http://is.gd/6hr

    Hope this helps,

    YLL
