I have a property in southbank VIC in a high rise. There are a couple of storage spaces for sale in the building very close to my carpark space.
They are for sale for $3,500 + costs. They have their own title.
The space is the following dimensions… 1.75m Wide, 1.35M Deep and 2.3M High. Fully enclosed, all thats needed is a lock
Considering the location and dimensions of the storage space, whats the going rate for these spaces? Is this a good buy?
Generally speaking, would owning a storage space with a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1 car apartment add at least 3.5k to the value?
The seller is stating that the costs to transfer the title+ stamp duty will only be about $200 -$300 – this seems a fraction cheap to me…
I would like to hear forum goers thoughts on this…
