A good friend of mine and one of the best property developers in Australia retired a while ago and got bored.
He has decided to do some seminars to pass on some of his vast knowledge. I attended the "trial run" which was a full day of jam packed, on the ground, useful information. (yes I am a director of a property development company)
The seminar is about property development so if this is not of interest to you probably won't get much from it.
However if you are interested this guy has my highest recommendation and the runs on the board ($1.2 billion in completed developments).
