Hi is anyone using the living on equity approach? If so how do you keep tabs on your expenditure with regard to keeping up to date with your LVR and the increasing debt and repayments on all the properties.

Is there a special spreadsheet you use or any ideas how to keep tabs on it?

I remember there were a few spreadsheets floating around the Somersoft forum a few years ago. You may find some over there.

    Hi Pos

I was too. Think it may be due to there being some spaces in the address. Do a google search on the file name: living_off_your_equity.xls
