Many have asked us what we do and how we benefit our clients. In simple terms we are an introducer to developers who you may have heard of but are not quite sure how to approach or get the best out of them. Dubai is full of Realtors and Brokers. Who would you contact? Even we would have difficulty knowing who to speak to and we know a lot of people. So we only work with developers. No sub-agents. No Brokers – just developers. That means there are only 3 in the triangle. The buyer, the seller and we as the introducer. So many times have we been thanked for putting two people in touch even though we don't often get anything in return. But knowing that there is a better chance of the buyer getting the answers from the source is something we really think is a worthwhile exercise. We work with 5 developers – not all of them. But what we do offer could just be worthwhile looking at.
